What PhoneIQ IP addresses and ports should I whitelist on our corporate Firewall.

  1. Whitelist PhoneIQ's Global Network:

    139.178.87.120/29 145.40.121.216/30

  2. In conjunction with PhoneIQ's global IP network, if you need to get more specific, then you will need to (at a minimum) open the following UDP ports for registration and phone calls to function:

SIP Signalling Ports: UDP 5060 & 11000 WebRTC Ports: UDP 5065 STUN: 7000 RTP Audio Port Range: UDP 16384-32768 Device Provisioning: HTTP 9090, HTTPS 443
