Listening and managing voicemails

PhoneIQ provides users with anywhere access to their voicemail box, allowing them to listen in or download audio files from multiple devices.

Desktop App & Salesforce CTI - Visual Voicemail

From the Voicemail view, users can easily listen to their voice messages by clicking on the “play '' button. Users can also download the audio file by clicking on the “download” button once they are listening to a voicemail.

Voicemail to Email

Users can receive voicemails as an audio file directly to their email address. This setting is on by default for every account.

Mobile App

Users can connect to their voicemail box and listen to their messages by clicking on the following button.

Desk Phone

Users can connect to their voicemail box by dialing their own extension number.
