PhoneIQ - Managing Simultaneous Phone Calls

The app allows users to handle multiple phone calls at the same time, this is a guide to start a new phone call while being on an existing call.

When being on a call, click the button that says ‘Start New Call’, this will put the current call on hold automatically and you will be prompted with the dial pad to make the new phone call.

To start the new call just dial by name or number from the dial pad view.

You will see the number of active calls you have on the ‘Active Calls’ tab, the previous call that was put on hold will remain on hold until you choose to resume it, transfer the call, or hang up.
