Manage user settings for incoming SMS and MMS messages

End-user management
Users can choose between multiple incoming message notification sounds for their SMS and MMS messages. To change the notification sound, head to the settings section, select "Preferences" > "Notification Settings" and choose the sound you prefer. You can preview sounds using the "play" icon.
Admin management
To enable SMS to email notifications head to the admin dashboard > settings > preferences and scroll down to "Notifications". You can enable SMS to email notifications using the checkbox.
