How to Hard Reload your Desktop/Browser app

1. Resetting the Desktop App

a. Click on the arrow up

b. Right Click on the PhoneIQ Icon

c. Click on Reload App.

2. Hard Reloading the Browser app

This instructions can be made in the Browser App and in the softphone on Salesforce.

a. Right Click anywhere inside the page

b. Click on Inspect

A side tab with the developer tools will appear, just ignore it.

c. Right Click on the Reload Icon

d. Click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload.

You can now close the Developer tools.
